We’re not always able to share exact restock dates on our website, as availability can change depending on demand, production timing, and shipping schedules.
For the most accurate updates, we recommend reaching out to our customer care team with the name or description of the item you’re looking for. They’ll be happy to check the latest availability for you and suggest similar alternatives if needed.
How to return or exchange my order?
La Flotte accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To initiate a return or exchange, please write to contact@atelierlaflotte.com and we will generate a prepaid return label, as these are not included in your order.
For exchanges, shipping is complimentary. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. The new item(s) will be shipped once your return has been processed.
If returning items for a refund, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gift sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, including all original packaging. Individual items from a set cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping costs in such cases.
Please note that the products remain your responsibility until they have been safely received at our warehouse.
Once your return has arrived, we aim to process it within 2–7 business days. After processing, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
How much does it cost to return an order?
When returning an order, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund. The cost varies from country to country. Details below:

Products should be returned new, unused and with all Tekla tags.
Gift sets must be returned in their entirety and their original packaging. It is not possible to return or exchange individual products within a gift set.
How long does it take to process a return?
Return processing times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 2-7 business days. As soon as your return has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
