The idea for La Flotte was born from missing the sun and longing for the feeling of being by the sea. We wanted to create pieces that could transport us, even in small moments, into a world of rest, relaxation, and quiet escape.

In Portugal, we set out in search of true craftsmanship and exceptional materials, driven by a desire to create something honest, lasting, and meaningful. Our journey brought us to a place shaped by stillness, sea air, and a deep respect for making things well.

There, we discovered producers who have been weaving outstanding fabrics since 1959—craftspeople who share our dedication to quality, detail, and care. Inspired by what we found, we returned with a renewed sense of purpose and the feeling of an adventure worth sharing.
